I’ll never get why Hetalia keeps getting bashed for apparently mocking nazi and even holocaust stuff. And I’m German! It doesn’t even deal with those kinds of topics. Plus, I prefer the AUs/random siliness/modern strips/strips that deal with certain relationships (I almost wrote special relationships LMAO) over those which deal with war. No matter which one. Hetalia is about love, not about war. And neither about bishonen having sex. I kinda miss the history nerd!Hetalia fandom, which it was like when I got into it…

I also only read, I used the ‘watch’ because I was too lazy to make my own so I edited a pre-made map. But yes, I agree with almost every point you make. xD I got into Hetalia in 2008 and oh man, the history!nerds… Don’t get me wrong I love the sillyness and everything else, but it’s never quite as good as when you have history involved!
